Where are we?
This is where I share my stories.
I have plenty — epic wins, monumental fails, moments of clarity, moments of complete confusion. All of it intertwined with business, family, and the constant inner chatter that shapes both.
These blogs are simply a safe place to put it all.
You might enjoy them. You might think they’re a waste of time. Both are fine.
Why a Blog, Not Just Social Media?
I thought about hosting these thoughts mostly on social media. But like many of us, I have a love–hate relationship with the platforms. We don’t own them, the algorithm dictates what people see, and most posts vanish in less than a day.
So why keep giving them all my time?
At 36, after managing people for 20 years and running my own business for 8, I’ve learned the value of using time with more leverage. And for me, writing gives me that. It helps me process, reflect, and create something that lasts.
What to Expect Here
People have called me private, but in truth I’m not. Those who spend time with me know I tend to overshare — I just don’t always want to bank my life updates on social media.
Don’t get me wrong: social media has been incredible for my business. It’s not just a branding tool; it’s built community, and community has always sat high — maybe the highest — on our values list.
But the businesses I run are not me. They’re extensions, inspired by the people around me, yet they’re also their own ecosystems. Ecosystems I prefer to work on, not in.
So Here We Are
Back to a personal blog.
A place where I can write openly. Where stories live longer than 24 hours. Where the lessons I’m learning might inspire you to reflect on your own path too.
Thank you for being here.
Enjoy the ride,
Annika xx
